About Paige

Throughout her professional life, Paige has worked hard to develop a strong skill set, expand her knowledge base, and pursue new challenges to advance her career. After graduating from Denison University, she began working as Manager of Marketing and Events Planning for The New Yorker Magazine at Condé Nast, the preeminent global media company based in New York City producing the world’s leading print, digital, video, and social brands. Subsequently, as an enthusiast of real estate and interior design, Paige moved to media giant Meredith Corporation's Traditional Home Magazine as Promotion Director.

After ten years in the consumer magazine publishing industry and motivated to continue her education and explore new professional opportunities, Paige earned a Master's in Communication from New York University and spent a summer studying at NYU’s Gallatin School in Florence, Italy. In 1996, after a rewarding career in New York City, she moved to Wellesley, MA and has remained in the Boston area ever since.

Working for more than fifteen years in Real Estate Sales and Marketing, Property Management, and Retail has enabled Paige to hone her skills and evolve as an adept, results-oriented professional with the ability to collaborate and build rapport with co-workers, clients, and key constituents to skillfully manage important decision making toward the best possible outcome.

In 2005, Paige joined Boston Residential Group to manage Linden Square Townhomes, a 64 Unit, 10-acre townhome development in Wellesley. As Property Manager, she orchestrated the complete lease up of the property after an extensive renovation and was responsible for all management functions from rent roll and tenant relations to operations, accounting, and supervision of onsite staff. While at Boston Residential Group, Paige was also involved in the condominium conversion of Stonegate at Weston, and a new construction project at 285 Columbus Avenue in Boston. After several years with the company, Paige pursued her Real Estate Salespersons License and worked at Coldwell Banker in Wellesley.

In 2012, as an accomplished salesperson, Paige was recruited by Shurman Retail Group to manage the launch of a flagship Papyrus store in Wellesley Square. During her time with Shurman Retail Group, Paige hired, trained, and manged over 15 store associates including two assistant managers and lead both the Wellesley and Natick Mall shops for over two years. Seeking a new challenge and a return to real estate, Paige was then hired by Boston-based Barkan Management Company as the General Manager of Nouvelle at Natick, a 250 unit, $2.5M budget luxury residence in Natick, MA. 

In 2016, Paige joined Engel & Völkers as the business was launching its Wellesley office and has remained as a loyal and strategic business partner, Marketing Director, and Licensed Real Estate Advisor alongside Principal/License Partner, Dean Poritzky. Her education, professional experience, and business acumen have provided a foundation that makes her uniquely qualified to help achieve the shop's annual business development and revenue goals. 

As the shop expands its agent roster and portfolio of properties, in addition to her role as Marketing Director and Real Estate Advisor, Paige manages many critical aspects of the business including as COO, Office and Transaction Manager, and Social Media Content Director. A passionate and skilled brand ambassador, Paige genuinely enjoys working at Engel & Völkers, an iconic global brand with exceptional resources including its amazing network of successful professionals in more than 30 countries around the world.

With a commitment to learning and personal growth, Paige continues to pursue opportunities to expand her knowledge and enhance her ability to excel as an educator for her group. In addition to participating in ongoing training for company and industry best practices, she was recently selected to join E&V Leadership Engage (June 2020), a month-long advanced leadership round table and training with the company's senior executive team from E&V Americas corporate headquarters on Park Avenue in NYC.
